Paul Ross Wines

Paul Ross Wines is a quality focused virtual winemaking venture, which sources fruit from the best-suited vineyards within the regional appellation Niagara Escarpment. Our 2007 and 2010 vintages were sourced from Edra’s Vineyard on the sub-appellation Beamsville Bench. The sub-appellation has sloping benchlands, limestone-enriched soils, and fresh elegant minerality. The vineyards are owned by John Howard.

Paul Ross produces authentic, pure wines with steely acidity and flavour complexity, a refreshing alternative among New World styles.  My vision is to unlock the great potential of Riesling and elevate the status of both Riesling and the Niagara Peninsula.
